I bought a men's ring to replace my wedding ring (matching my wife's). It was glued together and one stones came out (it had been glued in, not set in. We sent it back; they held it until we called to ask about its repair (more than a month), and they told us they would get it in the mail. They did send it back but apparently there was no effort to repair it nor was there an offer to a. Exchange it, or b. Get our money back. Now I have an expensive ring which I will have to try and repair myself, or out a lot of money (pocket change to the rich, but not to me. 0
Tip for consumers:
I would use this site as well as the "Pissed" site. There the company is supposed to respond...but doesn't

Ring. Jewelry. I tried to add a photo of the ring with the stone out of the ring; glued, not set into ring. Unfortunately the system wouldn't let me add an image.
