Didn't turn up when time was arranged for quote, Customer Service said he could do the job there and then, hence pressurise you into accepting the service. When the man turned up to do the work, he was arrogant and unprofessional, he quoted for work that didn't need doing. Don't bother to complain to customer service as they don't accept any responsibility
