I purchased based two dresses online using PayPal and was to receive free shipping as the order was over $50. However, one of the dresses was actually unavailable in the size I selected so it was taken off the order and I was charged for shipping as the total was now below $50. J reordered both dresses again, this time in a bigger size for the one that was cancelled. I called customer service, after waiting almost 20 minutes on hold. After explain what occurred, the rep askede for the order numbers, was able to cancel the first order and verified that the second order was available in the sizes I needed and that the order was completed. The wait time was way too long, but the rep was quick, efficient and above all else courteous.
