Will have to wait and see how they handle this, cannot reach them by phone (their phone number *******762 is a Magic Jack account!)...

UPDATE: they apologized promptly via email and issued refund the next morning. Got to admit everything was resolved fast.

Didn't give 5 stars because of human error still a possibility when placing an order... they retype the order at the distributor so not all automated.
