I received a different item from Lazada. My mistake is that I didn't open right away the item that lbc express delivered. They delivered it last november 23,2016 and I returned it on the same day. I also reported it to the customer service and they are replying to my emails but now as I check the wrong item, the status of the wrong item is delivered back to lazada last nov. 25 from LBC. It has been 6 days since I returned it but now, LAZADA doesn't reply to my email. My order# is *******. Please deliver to me my item LAZADA.
