Terrible service and terrible customer service. Ordered a phone cover over 2 weeks ago. Never received it. Was told to wait but never arrived. Was offer a refund after it failed to arrived a second time. Same story, didn't get a refund. Customer service tel line is completely closed. Alis Jacobs (customer service representative) is a waste of space as she will walk away rather than fix an easy issue. My trendy phone let me down on every level. Cheap price but even cheaper service. I don't think my order was ever dispatched!
