Purchase full home warranty for my tenant.Water heater broke. Tenant has pneumonia.
Spent hours on the phone. Sears contractors did not show up.
I Used my own plumber and paid $2300 to replace water heater.
Sears contacted me 3 weeks later to fix the water heater.
No, they don't want to pay anyhting.
Tip for consumers:
Phone customer service is a nightmare. Worse ever. No Manager. No responsibility. No email. Nothing.
Absolute loss of money. Stay away please.
