I ordered on Oct 2 a phone case for my new Samsung galaxy s22 ultra, even paid 14.99 extra for it and still haven't received it. When I email them, 4 times so far, all I get is sorry it took so long to get back to me, be patient and tracking number. But when I go to tracking number all I get is in transit. That's it. No information where it is or estimated delivery date, nothing. And what upsets me the most is through Amazon I could Paid half the price and no extra for shipping and had it by now in 3 days.
Tip for consumers:
Please just be careful. If I would have seen these reviews before I ordered I never would have. They are ridiculous and don't even care.
