Do not sign up for them. I entered into a contract for 4 licenses several years ago. I have been charged for 6 licenses and I have also been attempting to lower my costs however Ring Central unilaterally "renewed my contract" for an additional 3 years without any notification despite the fact that it violates California law and I am in California and their office is in California. I have wasted countless hours and sent emails and messages and there is NO way to resolve this issue with them as they simply will not work to resolve it. I will never use them again after this fiasco. Worst customer service EVER! I should have stuck with my old VOIP provider. At least they had decent customer service and didn't try to rip me off. STAY AWAY FROM RING CENTRAL! They are a scam and no matter how much you spend on their services, they will always overcharge you. Now that I am trying to resolve this I see that this is their way of doing business. Their practice violates Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code ยง *******
Tip for consumers:
There are many Voip providers. After my experience I have learned that the overcharging is just a way of doing business. Look into other businesses and do not use Ring Central.
