Ordered in March for delivery that would be made about April 11. I checked on order on April 9 asking if it was even shipped. They said they were holding the whole order because one item was on back order. Notification would have been nice The dress in the order (not back ordered item) was needed for a function on 4/14 so I was left scrambling for a dress. I cancelled the order and to date have not received my refund 4/17

No notice of back order or delay. Once I contacted them I got an “oh sorry one I was back ordered so we held the order waiting for the item” I told them I needed the dress, which was NOT back ordered, for a function to which they said “sorry you won’t have it by then” Having a business ourselves, we know great customer service would send that one item out express - THEY DID NOT. I cancelled order and was told I would receive a refund which I still do not have.
