I placed 2 orders totalling 7 pairs of shoes. When they arrived, the sizes were incorrect. I contacted them thru Live Chat. They told me I would have to pay to send them back and after receiving them they would resend the order. But it would have cost a little over $100.00 for me to ship them back! Then they offered to let me keep the shoes I couldn't wear and would refund me 20% of what I paid! I spent over 2 hours chatting online with 3 different representatives all to no avail! This company is a pure rip off. I'm out nearly $300 hundred dollars.
