I booked an appointment to have my new TV mounted by Hello Tech. On the day of the appointment, Hello Tech cancelled and did not provide a reason for cancellation. After two hours on the phone with customer service, I was informed that the service was not available in my area. Why is Hello Tech wasting my valuable time by taking an appointment that isn't available in my area? Why are they leaving me on hold for two hours? This company is extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend anyone use or even consider Hello Tech services.
Tip for consumers:
Just don't use Hello Tech. Totally unprofessional and borderline fraudulent.
Products used:
None because they cancelled on short notice and wasted my time by leaving me on the phone with customer service for 2+ hours.
