I have had no problems in the past purchasing hair from the site, until I had a mishap and the wrong weight size was sent. I have been leaving NUMEROUS phone messages and asking for a call bake after leaving reasoning. 3 weeks later still nothing.
I have ALSO sent many emails for also last three weeks, and I kept getting a differnt person responding to each and everyone one. I also included in many emails ' how do I go about returning them, and if I send back will I get my full refund when doing so ' and about why after numerous calls, why no one ever returns calls.
If customer service is this bad they should not be in business.
