After a month of waiting they claimed that they sent my item to someone on another continent. They referred to me by that person's name even after I corrected their mistake. They blamed it on me, stating that I gave them this faulty address and that they couldn't help me. I suspect this is their business model. What a worthless company. Will contact Amex today and do a charge back dispute. STAY AWAY! Too bad there's not a choice for a zero star review because one star is way too high.
