I had the TV/internet bundle because it was my only option. I dropped the cable but had to pay for an extra month due to poor customer service and being given the run around when calling Spectrum. The internet cuts out often. As someone who works from home and has video calls all day, I often have to use my phone as a hot spot because the call will freeze. The service is incredibly expensive, but it is my only option for now. I cannot wait until the local company moves into my area so U can drop them all together!

Tip for consumers:
If you use the chat service, they do not save a transcript. If you call them on the same day, they do not record the call (or so they say). They also transfer you to “managers” but then do not actually do so because, as I discovered later, the calls are not being recorded. Customer service is a farce.
