They are selling keys of a game (through Steam) that is abandoned by its developers and currently not even launching any more. After contacting the developers of the game, THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE GAME IS NOT PLAYABLE IN ALL PCs AND THE GAME IS ABANDONED, and so I should ask for a refund. Gamivo support is not giving a refund because the game is still for sale in STEAM. Even though I shared with Gamivo the problem, they still refuse to refund the purchase.

Please, note that the developers of the game confirmed that the game is still working. The servers of the game are still up and the game is still available on Steam.
As stated previously, we cannot provide you with a refund, as the purchased product (digital key) worked without any issues and unlocked the correct content on Steam. Therefore, the product was delivered as described.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could change or remove the opinion.
