“Problems with violent residents in my apartment building and cockroaches so I wanted out of my leas.”

The day I moved into my apartment another resident there stabbed a homeless man to death while I was 30 feet away. The place is also infested with cockroaches and I had signed a one year lease. I spoke with Philip Simmons and he was very patient with me while explaining my rights as a tenant. I was hysterical and felt helpless but he empowered me with the knowledge of the law. I successfully got out of the lease. I would recommend this to everyone! I'm going to become a permanent member. Thank you!

It's a great site. Best money I ever spent. I didn't just text the attorney I talked to him on the phone and got my money's worth.
