The products are good and or decent, however they often advertise products that they don't have or are out of stock(per their report). They do this in hopes that you will use the refunds for the out-of-stock items to buy more stuff. They rarely update their inventory to show out of stock. I have written emails asking that they check their stock so that people won't spend money on shipping and merchandise that is not available. Rarely do they give refunds based on shipping costs. They give refunds based on the actual products and keep the money for shipping. The whole purchase order should be recalculated and adjustments made. This is wrong and fraudulent. They do this ALL THE Time! Customers be aware of this fraudulent practice... Lastly they sent me the wrong size boots and lied about the size. I took the shoe to a shoe shop and wouldn't you know it I was correct. I never got a refund as my size was out of stock!
Dear, sorry for the inconvenience. I am so sorry for the out of stock items. But we will refund the shipping fee to u if we remove any items.
About the wrong size shoes, cuz we use Chinese size, maybe will a little inappropriate. Have a contact our service to apply refund?
