Learn from me: if you want to offload your timeshare, just write the company and let them know! You won't receive any money but you'll be rid of it for good!
Sell My Timshare Now is the biggest ripoff around! They charge $1200 to list your timeshare. You sign the contract and never hear from them again.
I received an "offer" of $500 for my timeshare. I declined, but then decided I just wanted to get rid of it. I accepted the offer and never heard from the broker again. I think they send these lowball offers so they can say that you ARE receiving offers. I ended up writing a letter to my timeshare company and told them I wanted out. I didn't receive anything on my "investment" but at least I don't have those horrific maintenance fees hanging over my head anymore.
