I ordered a replacement part for our clock. Over $100. It was packed poorly and the plastic encasement was chipped. The chime sounds terribly unpleasant and garbled. They told me all sales are final. They do not care if you're unhappy with the quality of their overpriced products. I thought it would be best to order from them over Amazon but NO. You can make returns through Amazon. Out $110. Disappointing

Not wise to do business with this company because if you are dissatisfied, there is no way to return their junky products
