A few days after booking 4 passengers multi-flight international round trip, received a return flight schedule change notification e-mail. I contacted cheapoair customer services via chat portal to review the change before accepting it however there was a cancellation/full refund option in case not agree.
It's an hour delay and nothing else " the customer services Rep. Said to me and I accepted the change based on this. A few minutes after our chat, received a new notification e-mail. I noticed one of the return flights is missing when I reviewed the new e-mail. I went back to check with cheapoair chat to check, "the flight is canceled, the customer services Rep. Said. But i never been told that otherwise I would have cancel it and get a refund. It's canceled by the airlines and just wait 24-48 hours for the flight to be
re-instated by the airlines " customer services Rep. Said.
It's over than a week now. I checked again yesterday with customers services to get any update or cancel it and get a refund to plan a head ( inform my kids schools and employer). After getting transferred back and forth between the departments and chatting for around 1-2 hour to explain to them what happened "You just need to wait until we hear back from airlines, it's a non-refundable ticket, it will be consider a voluntarily cancellation and fare rules will apply if you wish to cancel " customer services Rep. Said
I just give a star for the price. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
