I have canceled my subscription and I received an email to that effect. I am still charged from May till now. You can't get to customer service or support service. While chatting with customer support, they will refer you to contact support( There is no phone number to contact support). There is no phone number. Scribd is fraudulent. Don't get caught up in this scam.

If you received confirmation your subscription was canceled it was either renewed or there is a duplicate account causing these charges.
