I find it hard to believe the many positive reviews on this website, especially given that almost all of them go so far to say the exact same things to seller does in their own website and are almost all the only review from the writer. More importantly it doesn't at all match my own experience.
I made an online purchase, I never received any shipment notification so contacted the company after 4 days, where someone said they had been trying to contact me as what I ordered may not work for me, I've never heard of a company doing something like this, and don't know why as I followed the advice on their website and they had no reason to believe my order wouldn't work for me. They asked me to upgrade to another product over the phone at an additional £200 cost. I asked for them to cancel my order and return my money to me, and they said it would be next day, that was nearly a week ago and it still isn't here.
I tried to contact again through email and received no reply, managed to get them on the phone today and they referred me to a section on their website where it said I would need to wait for 2 - 6 weeks for refund, despite this being against my UK consumer rights guarantee of a refund within 14 days (and this wasn't even a refund anyway, I never received anything from them, I just want the transaction cancelled).
The person on the phone said they weren't based in the UK and had their own processes, despite them listing their physical address as a UK office on their website (which I've since discovered is home to a completely unrelated business, check it out yourself on Google Maps) and having a UK phone number.
If it turns out that I am wrong and I do in fact receive my money back I will update this review and apologise, but if you are reading this and it's still here then I would avoid this company at all costs. At worst this appears to be dishonest and fraudulent, if not that then it's the worst service I've ever received.
