“Incorrect Listing on the Website and Poor Customer Service”

I had 3 issues with RealReal in the course of 2 years using this company as a consignor and buyer. The latest issue was with a jacket that was listed as a women item (see attached), it was non-returnable
but based on the measurement I thought it would be the right fit and I purchased it. When I put it it on, I realized that it is a men's blazer, but the customer service refused to accept a return.

Tip for consumers:
Inaccurate and misleading listing on the website.
