“It's a FRAUD, don't waste your money!”

Took the most expensive package and the deliverables were below mediocre. First impression was that the rewrite was a downgrade of my current versions. But the worst part was that the Cover letter and LinkedIn was rushed and the service closed without even asking/waiting for feedback. When I called that out the person acknowledged the situation and agreed to revise, but never did inspite of repeated chasers. Absolutely not recommended!
