I have been using MyUS for years but lately, even before Covid, their service has not been as good as it used to be. They packed everything in the original packages (even when I used to use VIP membership with package consolidation service), making the shipping very expensive. Despite that I still use their service because I trust them. My packages were never missing and the shipping was never longer than 2 weeks.
I understand about Covid situation but I am just furious because they can't deliver anything as they promised. My 2 missing packages are still not in my suite. One package arrived at their warehouse on August 17th - over a month ago (image 1) and another one arrived on September 4th - 3 weeks ago (image 2). According to the MYUS login page and Facebook page, they said it could take up to 10 days till the items in your suite (image 3).
I tried to contact them via emails 2 times, MyUS Facebook page 3 times, MyUS Facebook messenger 1 time and send the Contact MyUS page (as they recommend their customer to do that | image 4) 2 times, I haven't heard a single reply from them. Looks like I am obsessed with sending messages to bother them but I sent these messages to these support contacts within a 4 weeks stretch, about one message a week. I even tried to call them, they said I have to leave the voicemail, all agents are busy. I was going to leave the voicemail but in the end, they said their voicemail was full (no wonder) and the phone hung up. There is no way to contact them as many others are complaining. I also tried to upload documents of incoming packages to make things go faster as they recommend (image 5). They delete the images I put there and nothing has been updated. I am still missing these packages. The worst part is they have been charging me for the last two weeks for the storage fee. One time for 15 USD and another time 19 USD (image 6). But if they have been searching my missing products and put them in my suite in time as they promised I would not have to pay for the storage fee.
I am not sure what to do at this point... if I should wait for someone from MyUS to reply to me, refund me for the storage fee and find my missing items OR ship whatever I have in my suite now and wait & hope for the missing items to show up in my suite by the end of this year? If MyUS support still cares, here is my suite number: 4694-996.
