I have used iHerb many times with no issues until recently. My product was not delivered. The courier had come to the house but no card was left nor did they call. I received notification by email that ended up in junk. By the time I contacted them the product was back in the US. iHerb are near impossible to contact. They said to contact the courier, the courier said to contact iherb as they didn't have the product. $100 down the toilet - not very happy
