It's sad that I am writing this review as I continue to wait on hold. Going on 2 hours! CVS NORTH Main Street Waterbury! What happened? They used to be awesome...now they are horrible! When I told the store manager that no one was answering the phone,all she would do is transfer me. I would like to rate them EF. AS IN EPIC FAILURE! Am going to change pharmacy.

I never received a tracking number in my email for my recent purchase. When I called customer service, the woman was horrible! Every time I opened my mouth to speak she would talk over me. As far as deactivating or deleting my customer account with them, I can't even find a way to do it! Then she wanted to add another email address so I can get annoying emails for stuff they want to sell when I can't even get a stupid tracking number when they already have my money!
