I've ordered several times from this company. The first time I ordered, all items were in stock when I submitted the order. Expected it to ship in a few days, a week later I checked and it was stuck in processing. A week later, still stuck in processing. Sent email, was told that one item was out of stock. The order was for around $500. They wouldn't ship the order until all items were in stock. Cancelled order and received prompt refund with a nice email apologizing. Placed an order for everything else but the out of stock item and order was processed quickly. Placed a couple more orders and things went fine. This last order from spring, I was vacuum packing some of the items into smaller packs. Noticed that one of the 5lb bags felt LIGHT. Weighed the unopened package on a scale and it was a full pound under weight. First time I actually weighed anything from this company. I know. Now I wish I had weighed all the products. Contacted customer support to inform them. Wasn't sure if they packaged their own or if came in bulk. Wanted them to know of the problem. Trying to be part of the solution. The attitude that I received in response was basically calling me a liar. I mean the product was very cheap. Total for the 1lb was less than $2. No apology, no refund, no let me send you out another pound. More of a "our records show that the weight for that delivery was correct' I kept pressing the issue due to their attitude and finally got them to agree to ask the manager for a $2 credit on my next order. LOL. I don't plan on ordering from them again with a customer experience like that.
