Placed an order July 2023, got a Canada Post tracking #. Expected delivery in late August. By mid-Septmeber, nothing arrived. Tracking page still says expecte delivery on the August date. Emailed fasttech, they said it looks like the package may have been lost, and they have dispatched another to me, using the same tracking #. The tracking page was never updated to reflect this - by October, the page still said the expected delivery was the August date. Emailed them at the start of October - no response - then a week after that - no response - then a week after that, expressing that their lack of response was unacceptable, and that I no longer want to do business with them, and that I would like a refund immediately. - finally a response saying "let me check if it has been dispatched". Instead of addressing the concerns. Responded immediately to say that I am concerned with their lack of communication and once again, I am not interested in the order at all any more, and that they should refund me immediately. No response for another week. Sent another email to say please, stop checking whatever you're checking, you have failed to fulfil the order, and your customer service is terrible - please refund immediately. Now it's mid-November - still no response. The tracking pace has been updated to "Item Delayed - Stay Tuned For Updates". This company has stolen my money and they don't care at all. This is a warning - this is a scam company - do not do business with them. The longer they ignore you, the less time you have to request a charge-back from your credit card company.
