I wish I could give 0 stars! I ordered my hair last month and didn't get a notice until it was 2 days before my trip that they were out of stock! Days after I ordered it mind you. So I requested a refund almost a week ago and still nothing. Lily is very snappy! You should be able to answer basic questions without catching an attitude. She then went on to tell me that I have to contact my bank to see when they will release the funds?!? That doesn't even make sense. Be sure to read there fine print about processing times. Spare yourself the headache and drama and just don't order from this place!
