I can get no answer from The Children's Place customer service email or phone number about the order I placed 2 weeks ago, on May 14th. All I got was a notice on the 20th that it was being "processed". No delivery date, etc., & I realize how foolish I was to not have checked reviews before I believed their ads that inundated my email account with great sale prices, free shipping, etc. Apparently, there are many customers who've experienced the same sort of thing & it may be time for the authorities to know about this company who tells you they won't cancel your order, won't refund your money, etc., even when they don't make good on their product & delivery.
