Where to begin...UPromise is aptly named. You promise to follow the rules, purchase through their website, upload receipts, encourage family to contribute, link a 529 because who doesn't want to be a good parent and contribute to their kids college fund right? What we as customer expect in return is that they in turn will keep their promises to pay what they falsely advertise, care about our time and effort, invest in their reputation, and be a basic ethical company...FALSE! Linked a 529 and it took them 3 months to figure out their mistake before I finally got my money back. I have invested weeks of my time (8 hour shifts) correcting their mistakes. Their app NEVER works, they offer zero customer service, zero tech support, they fail to keep promises, you can't talk to anyone, and they put you through olympic hurdle tryouts just to get pennies...but it's the point behind it. If you put in writing that you will give $4 for 2 Garnier plus $2 for a star purchase than do it! If you make a mistake do it the first time I ask, don't make it impossible to send pics of proof, don't ignore me making me submit 6 tickets, and then have the nerve to say the receipt wasn't read right by your vendor so according to terms and conditions you're under no obligation to fulfill your promise! We learn before we are 5 to keep our word! You claim to be pro-family but you're just a scam. Shame on you!
