I placed an order 3 days ago. I've moved since my last order (attempt) so I was intentional to make my shipping/billing address were the same. Also, I paid for 2-3 day shipping which is what made me look and notice the address thing. Not only has it not been shipped, it has not been fulfilled. I've attempted to call twice, I held for i don't know how long before hanging up. I emailed them and was told I could only change the apt number which does NO good. I cannot cancel the order. I've now been on hold for 45 FREAKING mins.
