Very unprofessional staff at Kimathi Street branch (tellers).I attempted to carry out a transaction, but was met with a frustrating runaround that ultimately led me to opt for another bank.

Despite my efforts, the staff failed to provide any assistance and ultimately led me to opt for another bank."
