The bank has excellent banking products covering a wide range of clientele and is located throughout Kenya with oversees subsidies to ensure its customers are always well served.
They have the worst customer care of any institution in the republic. Woo unto you if u make a slight innocent mistake. Write, email, socila media etc you will be doomed... no response and if there will be they will never use email officially. I think they try and capitalize and make money from client mistakes instead of helping... avoid if you can otherwise never say u dint know. By all means Keep off their mpesa tills

Very unprofessional staff at Kimathi Street branch (tellers).I attempted to carry out a transaction, but was met with a frustrating runaround that ultimately led me to opt for another bank.

"Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of the staff at the Kimathi Street branch. Today, on April 27th, 2023, between 11:25 am and 1:00 pm, I attempted to carry out a transaction, but was met with a frustrating runaround. Despite my efforts, the staff failed to provide any assistance and ultimately led me to opt for another bank."

None because the customer service was terrible
Went to KCB industrial area branch theres only one customer service desk yet tge have over 15 customers waiting. Common sense lunch hour is the peak of customers. I engaged the Branch manager who has a very bad attitude none apologetic at all

They also have some really good financial products and investment vehicles
I called KCB customer care by the name Cynthia and she hunged up my call without telling me if we have different codes when it comes to Money transfers kindly please advise her not to do that to anyone else
