Firstly, I purchased this diffuser plus the essentials oils pack which arrived in a week and I was so excited and couldnt wait to use it. Its been over 5 days now, and that damn diffuser doesn't release any mist, such a sheer disappointment.
Last night whilst going though my bank accounts I noticed $90.14 being debited and I was shocked to see it, when I contacted these guys they told me its tax, USD $, conversion and what not.
I really want my money back for a useless item they have posted me. No response from these guys yet, still waiting.
I came across this page today and I really wish I saw the reviews before placing my order:-(
Do not buy from these guys/ Online please please go to a store, see it and then purchase it.
