Absolutely useless.
Gave them a prepaid order 5 weeks ago and still have not received my glasses
After several enquiries they are unconcerned and was unhelpful when I asked them to cancel the order and arrange a refund.
I was told that I had to contact the manufacturer as they had already been paid for.
I stupidly gave a b optics Polesworth a second chance to make my glasses after I vowed never to use them again when a previous prepaid order
In 2018 took 10 months for the glasses to arrive.
