I've worn full time spectacles for the last thirty eight years, and changed optician quite a few times. A friend of mine recommended AB Optics and I'm glad I took his advice. The eye tests are thorough and informative, and their customer service could not be better, and no pressure on the sales side. Top notch outfit.
Absolutely useless. Gave them a prepaid order 5 weeks ago and still have not received my glasses After several enquiries they are unconcerned and was unhelpful when I asked them to cancel the order and arrange a refund. I was told that I had to contact the manufacturer as they had already been paid for. I stupidly gave a b optics Polesworth a second chance to make my glasses after I vowed never to use them again when a previous prepaid order In 2018 took 10 months for the glasses to arrive.
