Fnp delivered a gift to my sister on her anniversary without any packing n gift message. When contacted their team with the complaint they said they'll send a cadbury celebration box with apology note to my sister but again didn't send anything like that to her. Very unprofessional... I recommend not to use fnp for any gift delivery... they spoil it
