“Not a good service!”

Not a good service!
We ordered a towel warmer and recieved an email saying it was dispatched. It is 8 days now but not here yet. I chased them yesterday. They took my number to call back with an update and still have not. Not impressed.

Tip for consumers:
You will also have a hard time to get a proper invoice from them. They keep writing incorrect information on the invoice and are not able to correct it for some reason!
