I was excited to purchase my Lotus Leggings. I had been putting it off for so long. I bought 4 pair. Problem 1: poor communication regarding delivery & shipping info paired with terrible customer service. Problem two: Two of the pair: one was with a dragon and black back ground; the other was with the octopus and black back ground, arrived with a whit seam up the front of otherwise black background. The seaming was the problem not the fabric or style quality. Problem 3: When I asked about an exchange or return I was given the policy and told I'd have to pay return shipping. They want me to pay for returning their poor quality stuff. Nope.
