I purchased school items for my son that FedEx misplaced. I than had to reorder most of the clothing in the original package, some sizes were out, without receiving a refund. Although FedEx says the package is lost Jimmy Jazz is refusing me refund me until 15 days has elapsed due to their policy. They then advised me that if I package does turn up last minute I'm responsible for returning the items incurring the cost of the return which will be around $60.00. They refuse to provide a shipping label if the package surfaced AFTER I've already purchased another $600 plus on a new order. DO NOT PURCHASE online. They're predators.
