I purchased school items for my son that FedEx misplaced. I than had to reorder most of the clothing in the original package, some sizes were out, without receiving a refund. Although FedEx says the package is lost Jimmy Jazz is refusing me refund me until 15 days has elapsed due to their policy. They then advised me that if I package does turn up last minute I'm responsible for returning the items incurring the cost of the return which will be around $60.00. They refuse to provide a shipping label if the package surfaced AFTER I've already purchased another $600 plus on a new order. DO NOT PURCHASE online. They're predators.

Tip for consumers:
Ensure you’re size is accurate and pray the package isn’t lost. If so, don’t reorder due to you being responsible for the cost of returning their item to them if it does resurface.
