My son ordered from Jimmy Jazz and PayPal had the wrong address on file I went back-and-forth between FedEx and Jimmy Jazz trying to get the item redirected Jimmy Jazz stated that FedEx would have to redirected the item when I called FedEx that stated that they would have to get the authorization from JJ because Jimmy Jazz has a restriction on their items and no changes can be made without their approval. Basically the package was sent to the wrong address and is now being shipped back to JJ and now I'm told it will be a 15% stocking fee. It could've all been avoided if Jimmy Jazz would've contacted FedEx to have the item redirected or had it so that I could pick it up at a FedEx location.
