It took me nearly 3 weeks to receive my order. Some of items seemed like they had been worn. I had to request a return by email, and they took forever to respond to that. It cost me nearly $30 to return the items I didn't want. They still haven't even acknowledged the return, let alone refunded my money, and the real kicker is their customer service hours - Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm... Haha... no way to reach them outside of banker's hours (when I am also working and don't have the luxury of conducting personal business). The whole experience has been ABSURD.
