The original dresses sent had such a small neck hole that my 3 year old couldn't even get the 6 year olds dress on. I returned the dresses and tried to order a different style and expected a full refund. When processing the second order the charges were put through to my bank 9 times! I had to cancel my card. A friend ordered replacement dresses for me but since I cancelled my card the company refused to refund my 60% on the original purchase. So, all in all I've spent over $300 on 2 dresses. Should have gone somewhere local. Such terrible customer service!
