I had a charge on my bank account even after i closed out my accounts. I had called to ask about getting refunded and after 40 minutes on the phone explaining that I did not have this account to a person who spoke no English she finally said I should expect the refund in 5 -10 days. Well we are on day 16 and still no refund. Because of the charge it made my account negative and I have had to pay $269.50 $154 is because of ShoeDazzle themselves. DO NOT SIGN UP with these people. They take your money, basically tell you you screwed up, and then tells you have a great day. Oh and there shoes are terrible. Uncomfortable and cheaply made.
