I recently purchased a large order for my sweet shoppe. Unfortunately half of the order was broken. The packaging was terrible, chocolate bars…crunchies, flakes etc were just thrown in the box and larger heavier items on top. Paid for insurance but was told that due to the picture they are not issuing a refund as it is cosmetic. Hard to tell a chocolate bar is broken by a photo. Very unhappy,this was not the first time but it will be the last.
