These people (aka Extreme Locks) said they would get a locksmith out to see me in an agreed time window. The locksmith never appeared. I tried to rearrange. They didn't call me back. I got someone else to do the job, and phoned them asking for a refund. The money didn't appear in my account. In all I had to ring several times over a two month period. Each time I was promised the money would be paid. It was, of course, always someone else's responsibility. I had to persist and persist, and in the end two months later I got my £50 back. Is it a scam? I don't know. But if you wanted to run a scam, £50 is about the size of sum that's big enough to be useful for a fraudster yet small enough for a lot of people to give up trying to recover it. Why take the chance? Avoid like the plague.
Hi Nick,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
We only have one return center which is in California, the US. The order was actually sent from China and it was taken over by Royal mail after it arrived in the UK, so the address on the package shows UK.
We are working with independent designers all over the world and our items may be shipped from different countries. Hope you can understand.
If you run into any issue, feel free to email us at services@stylewe.com or chat with us or call us.
Best regards,
