Cheap Bag/Cheap Product
I ordered the black multicolor petit noi bag. After carrying it for 10 days, the strap broke. After many e-mails with Samantha, the customer service rep, she did agree to send me a new bag, but I had to pay shipping. After carrying the 2nd bag for 10 days, the strap was breaking again. I e-mailed Samantha, and she said it is my fault for carrying too heavy of things (I've carried the same amount in numerous purses without an issue) or from tightening the strap, which I have it on the loosest setting. This is unacceptable to pay $279 for a purse I have only been able to carry for a total of 20 days. BUYER BEWARE!

I feel really bad reading your comment. This is clearly a misleading and unfair review. Let me explain why.
First off, we've never had an employee here named Samantha.
Second, we never sold this product that Nichole released.@Nichole, I don't know who you are. If you actually bought this product somewhere, please find the right page to post your review. If you are a competitor, please provide better products and services to your customers instead of slandering us.
